Screenprinting

All catalog prices include a one color, one location screenprint where applicable on decoration guide. Additional color or location (each):

50-99                $0.99 (V)

100-299            $0.74 (V)

300-999            $0.59 (V)

1000+ PCs        $0.45 (V)

All screens cost $55 (V) per color.

COLOR MATCH
Color match is done at no charge. Please indicate a PMS color required. Because not all PMS (c) colors have an exact match in screenprint inks, customer will be contacted if exact color match not possible.

Deboss

All catalog prices include a one location deboss where indicated on decoration guide.

Die Costs: Minimum        $70.00 (V) up to 12 sq. inches
                                     $100 (V) 12-24 sq. inches
Factory Quote: Above 24 sq. inches
To prevent degradation, we discard dies 13 months after last use.

Debossing Italian Leather

Allesandro Venanzi Italian Leather debosses very elegantly. Where indicated in catalog, products include a matching debossed luggage tag for decoration. Luggage tag also can be personalized. On custom orders produced in Italy, laser engraving of clasps is also available (names or initials).

Logo Patch

Logopatches are available on almost all Custom Printed Bags & Cases, Etc. products.  Logopatches can also be ordered in custom sizes and shapes.

Logopatches can be inventoried by Custom Printed Bags & Cases, Etc. for corporate catalog programs for up to one year without cost.

No minimum on patches (bag minimum same as catalog), patches billed as shipped.  All unused patches billed after 12 months.

Colors:  Up to 5 colors
Finishes:  Flat or gloss
Material:  Rubber or vinyl

Production time:  A color paper proof will be provided at no cost.  Production is 3-4 weeks from receipt of proof approval.

To ensure production compatibility specify Custom Printed Bags & Cases, Etc. bag style number that patch will be applied to.

Die charge $300.  Patches $0.75 (V) added to blank price of bag.

Heat Transfers

GEMPHOTO
A photographic reproduction from an original photograph, ad, brochure or computer generated artwork applied directly only fabric.

WHAT WE NEED
Clear photograph, ad slick, brochure, or computer generated artwork/illustration.  Indicate size for final image:  8” x 10” or 10” x 16”.  Logo or message to be included in final image size.

WHAT WE CANNOT REPRODUCE
Poor quality photos or artwork.
Second hand copies, transparencies or slides.
Copyrighted material.

PRICING
8” x 10” Copy Area       $2.35 (R)
10” x 16” Copy Area     $3.00 (R)

NOTE:  Gemphoto can only be used on natural or light colored bags.  Application to dark colored bags is by heat transfer with additional charges.  Call for quote.

Embroidery

The bag price is charged blank for embroidery (EQP less $0.31 (V)).

EMBROIDERY DIGITIZING/ART
Art must be digitized to prepare a disk for embroidery.  Please note that disks used for other items such as apparel or hats may need to be redigitized to work on bag fabrics which are generally coarser in weave.  For customer supplied disks, Tajima, Baruden, FDR and Barudan FMC formats are accepted.  Basic changes to layout can be made (i.e., delete or add a section, reorder sections, and resize up to 20%).  Resizing past 20% will require a new disk as will increasing or decreasing the thickness of specific sections.

Camera-ready art requires digitizing charges.  Text should not be less than ¼” high.  Color match should specify thread color number.

Additional 1000 stitches $0.30 (V)

Tape charges:  $100 (V) up to 5000 stitches, $25 (V) each additional 1000 stitches.

PROOF
$25.00 (V) plus EQP cost of the bag, plus embroidery custom plus tape charge if tape is not provided.

Swatch:  $15.00 (V) plus embroidery cost, plus tape charge if tape is not provided.

EMBROIDERY PERSONALIZATION

$4.00 (V) per set of initials or name.
1-25 Names/initials, no cost to typeset.
26-500 Names $30.00 (V), typesetting charge.
501 or more names must be submitted electronically.

PADFOLIO EMBROIDERY
Many padfolios can be embroidered as indicated on the decoration guide.  Embroidered padfolios will not have a patch.  Due to the complexity of embroidery on padfolios, customer supplied disks are not accepted.

Personalization

Name or 2-3 initials $2.00 (V), Gold or Silver Foil. 
Maximum number characters for most styles is 23. 
1-25 Names or initials, no cost to typeset. 
26-500 Names $30.00 (V), typesetting charge. 
501+ Names must be submitted electronically.  Specify all caps or upper/lower case in ".txt" format.
