All customers quotes and pricing in our on-line catalog is priced without shipping. We will be happy to work with you to quote your shipping services.

Shipping Within the USA
Items shipped within the USA are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) ground or by common carrier. Overnight service with choice of UPS or FedEx

Random Samples
Random samples are almost always available for each product. We send a random sample to you before production begins on all orders to avoid any misinterpretation of  product specifications. If you would like a random sample before ordering, we will be happy to send it for your inspection.

Satisfaction comes from our meeting your exceptional customer service. We take every possible measure to ensure accuracy on every order. Each order  that is placed with us is totally custom. We will provide computerized  quotes, order acknowledgments, art approvals, and shipping acknowledgments to keep you informed of the status of your order. Random samples are almost always available for each product. We send a random sample to you before production begins on all orders to avoid any misinterpretation of  product specifications. If  the customer elects to skip any of the above ordering procedures that assures accuracy, our complete satisfaction guarantee will be voided.

Terms and Conditions
The acceptance of the order and method of payment will be subject to Custom Printed Bags & Cases credit department approval. First time orders normally require pre-payment. Open account status can be granted with proper credit references. Please fax attention to credit department for credit application. Our fax number is: (775) 667-1475. We also accept bank wire transfers, letter of credit

Lead Times

DECORATED PRODUCTS
Deboss, single color screen and embroidery up to 5000 stitches—5 business days from receipt of order including camera-ready artwork or electronic art.

Multicolor screen, personalization, embroidery more than 5000 stitches—7 business days from receipt of order including camera-ready artwork or electronic art.

If a proof is required, production will normally be scheduled 3 business days after approval of the proof.

For large quantities (over 2500 pieces), drop shipments, insertions or other special handling, please call factory.

Targus, Glacier GearTM and CD ProjectsTM—7 days from receipt of complete order including camera-ready artwork and electronic art.

RUSH SERVICES
Custom Printed Bags & Cases, Etc. recognizes that occasionally circumstances may require expedited production.  We can accept requests for rush services based upon availability of production capacity; however, additional charges may apply for non-standard order handling.  Contact factory for your request.  Note that a crucial component of accepting and meeting your rush need is the availability of complete art and decoration information.

Blank Products

Undecorated products are sold at EQP less $0.31 (V) and are shipped same day if order is received by 4:00 PM Eastern time.

Proofs

PAPER
$15.00 (V) (black and white only).
Over $5000 (V), paper proof provided at no charge.

ACTUAL
$40.00 (V) set-up charge, plus end price for the bag, plus screen charge, plus art charge, plus shipping cost.  Changes to actual proof are subject to additional costs.

APPROVAL
All proofs must be approved within 3 days of receipt or production delays may occur.

Insertions

Custom Printed Bags & Cases, Etc. will insert your items (pens, paper, etc.) at a charge of $0.60 (V) per item.  Custom Printed Bags & Cases, Etc. items (calculators, gift boxes) are inserted free of charge upon request.

Less than Minimums

Published minimum quantity applies for decoration.  For less than published minimum, a charge of $75 (V) will apply.  Absolute minimum with LTM charges ½ catalog quantity.

Each box comes with tissue wonderfully suited for giving.  Available in three distinct sizes.  Custom Printed Bags & Cases, Etc. items inserted no charge, upon request.
